Looks like the water is still rising......I know a fall produces fish but I have had some of my best luck there when the water was at 16 ft....

Either waiting for the fall for Henderson to really turn on or to reach 14' to get into Cow Island in time for the spawn.
cow island....heard a lot about that place...need to go...this is the year........
