I hear ya, cant wait to get mine, my brother in law took one over there the other day for me. had the whole thing done in the smoked sausage links
make you a taco pizza. home made dough, then cook up taco meat and when it cools, spread it on the dough and bake it. Once it comes out, add lettace, yeller cheese and some diced maters. We've done that a couple times on the Egg
