GDG,Feesh, DD and all the rest of you smokin fools done flung a hankering on me for some BBQ.Had to fire up the old upright for just 1 butt!Here's a few pics. Injected and rubbed this one!First BBQ of the New Year!Hope I can beat the weather that's coming or I may have to relocate to the carport!

It's gonna be good.Gotta stop and buy 2 butts today,but they are for making deer sausage.
