Hello to all.
Newbie from the twin cities area.
My dad introduced me and my brothers to fishing as a kid, now 50 years young. Grew up in Chicago.
We liked to fish for about any fresh water fish, northerns, striped bass, crappie, blue gill, catfish, etc.
I fish mostly for crappies and sunnies nowadays. They seem plentiful in the lakes around here, especially the little ones, LOL.
I joined to learn more about crappie fishing over the winter.
And believe me its winter here in Minnesota, LOL. Hopefully, I'll learn to catch the big ones.

Welcome the Crappie.com family - Belive me this winter thing is getting old. It's now -7 degrees here in upstate NY. Water has been frozen now for 5 or 6 weeks.
I'm a kayak fisherman - I don't wanna sit on the Ice. :banghead
