Rifle ranges near Suffolk

Thinking about buying an SKS 7.62x39 that my brother has (assuming he ever gets back to me on a price), and will need a place to sight it in and practice.

Any place around my way that allows rifles?

You've probably done enough research to know about the Chick WMA, the ranges listed here, and the Airfield Shooting Club. Other than that, it may have to be private property.

Yes, I have looked into those. Looks like I'm stuck with C2 out in Sandbridge/Pungo area. Just a long haul from the house.

Found a private range in Suffolk, but Membership is full up.

Doug there is a gun club next to lake mead. Not sure if its open to the public
