I recommend against this. Had one Wed afternoon, and I am ready to jump.
Procedure was ok. The pain after is nonstop. It IS slacking off some. Percocet, Evan Willams, Ibuprofen, and hammering my left big toe repeatedly have helped somewhat.
The heart attack pain lasted one hour (that I remember). This was ALL NIGHT Wed night, and is slacking off at a rate far below my expectations!!!
That is all.
I heard somewhere, I'm not sure where, that root canals can hurt. :dono Be careful with that guy named Evan, while you take them pills.
went to the dentist and he wanted to do a root canal. I asked how much and he said 1200.00. I asked how much to pull it. 65.00. will I miss it? some. pull it.
I had several root canals when I was in my 20's but don.t remember them hurting too bad afterwards, but I was a lots tougher back then than I am now. But I can tell you by far the best Dentist I have ever been to is Brad Griffin in Batesville, the man can give you a shot and you will never feel it.

I guess I am one of the lucky ones. I have had several root canals when I had put a bridge put in and I had no pain at all. I never felt anything during or after. Had cleanings that hurt worse.

I have had several root canals performed by Navy Dentists, and the only one that ever hurt was when the Doc didn't get all of the nerve. Had to go back in and get the rest of the nerve before the pain went away. Same thing happened to my wife, but hers was a civilian dentist that messed hers up, again didn't get all of the nerve, and had to go back in and finish the job they started. Good Luck, I don't envy you in the least with the Holidays and everything go on this time of year.
