took a chance on stockton lake

and It paid off, Met arkiefisherman at the ramp about 9:30, loaded up and headed to our favorite brush/bamboo he put in couple years ago. Day Dreamer was already there so we eased around him and staked out a spot pretty close to him, lots of fish, lots of bites, caught all mine on RootBeer/chartruse slabbuster...... good jigs for sure. we ended the day as Bud put it, with a sink full. 44dg water 12 to 30 ft deep drop to bottom ease up, some were right off the bottom some up 10 ft. or so... good day

Congrats Beagle,sounds like you got over that slump you had awhile back.Been seeing alot of good fish in that sink.

Enjoyed myself greatly today,i took lessons from a pro and enjoyed every minute of it.Just can't beat good company.The fish was just a bonus!
