Anybody catching any crappie ? I was going to take my boy this weekend and see if we could catch a mess to eat.Would kindly like some info.

The night time bite is good right now.From 6 to 8p.m was magic last night.After 8 no bite and we tried to 9pm.All the fish were 10 inch plus chasing and following the bait fish.When your bobber hit the water bait fish would jump by the dozens look for the bait..no bait keep moving.

caught 6 this morning at honeycomb creek bridge. had to sit for 2 hours with only one fish because someone who didn't know how to catch them occupied the only reliable, hole under there, and didnt catch a thing. when he packed his gear, I moved over and he watched me land 2 before he got out of site.

Where were you?

Huntsville end of the bridge in the center. the fish have been 10-12 ft deep lately but the dude that had the hole was only after the few that might venture to the surface. I see that out of a lot of folks............once in a while it works........
