I couldn't stand to freeze those fresh river fillets I worked so hard for Saturday so I baked a few last night and did the Parmesan crappie tonight. I also had oven roasted rosemary potatoes and something else new to me. It's a 1" thick slice of cabbage brushed with olive oil and garlic, with just salt and cracked pepper to season then baked in the oven. Let me tell y'all that was fine, and I'm about to pop.
