I have multiple pflugers and nothing but good exp with them ..... Great reels anything from the presidents on up the line of their products.

President reeels are hard to beat for the money.
Shimano Sahara. I have had mine for 10 years and it still works just as good as the day I bought it.
I have 5 presidents and 3 saharas already just wanted to upgrade a lol but I don't know if it would make much difference... I like the look of the newer Sahara tho
I have three Presidents and a couple of Symetres. Don't use the shimanos at all anymore. Haven't tried anything more pricey than the shimano and nothing seems better than the presidents. The Shimanos seem "scratchy" and not as smooth at the Pfleuger. That's just me tho...

I've heard a lot of good things about those diawas just not sure about how heavy it feels probably would last a long time tho
