A family affair

Well last week my daughter asked me to take her out to see the new movie catching fire and maybe eat out. Last night was out date night. Got off work and picked oldest girl up from school and after a little spiffing up we were off to little rock. On our way the youngest girl called and asked if she could go hunting. I said ask your momma cause me and sis are on a date lol.

Not long after we made a pitstop by bass pro shop, i got the text saying baby girl and mom were hunting. I told em good luck. Gindog all your stuff was still in the basket waiting on you btw lol.

After our short shopping spree, we get to the movie theater and have a good time with some popcorn and soft drinks. Well i get the text, "dad i got one" . I have to hide my phone and txt back telling her good job. "Dad its in the road i dropped it". Awesome baby girl now you and mom gotta get it home. A long pause went by and i get "we are gonna leave it for you to come get, but hurry up so the coyotes dont get it". I chuckle to my self while reading her text.

Oldest daughter and i finish a great movie and go get some food. Afterwards We went by deer camp on the way home and retrieved baby girls deer. When we got home, I got to hear the whole story, see her excitement, and play a trick on her . I told her there was no deer as i went by camp and looked. Was she sure that she shot one and didn't send me on a goose chase. She assured me she got one and that there was a big bloody spot in the road. Dad how could you not see it. I finally told her to go look in my truck as something road home with us. She was so upset thinking the coyotes got her deer lol until she looked in the truck.


What a long day but was able to pull through as a family and work together to spend quality time with each other.

Here is baby girl and momma. I know mom was just as excited as baby girl. Just thought i would share with ya'll.
