Tuff day.

yes it was a tough day, but that is tournament fishing. You have to fish and catch them in every condition. That is what makes it so much fun. I would fish every tournament within 200 miles if I had the money. Yesterday we only had 4 teams that managed to bring 7 to the weigh in. We had a crowd of good fishermen there yesterday. The bite was a beast. We only culled 7-8 fish.

You said it, Smitty...The bite was a beast. We caught 20-25 fish, but just couldn't find any with some size to them. Steve caught a 14" White crappie that only weighed 1 lb...Long and skinny!!! Blackshear is going thru a transition right now and the bite will be pretty good in another week or so. Probably going back over Thanksgiving Holidays and try them again.
