Shrimp Pasta...a kid could do this...
Peeled, uncooked Shrimp or Crawfish tails (can be pre-cooked)...as many as you like...
Pre boiled angel hair pasta
one small container of heavy whipping cream (use the pint size for 4 people, 1/2 pint for 2 people)...Pour this into a sautee pan and place on Med high heat (just the heavy cream, nothing else)...The cream will start to "boil"...and this is reducing the good stuff and the water is steaming away...Let "boil" until it starts to thicken up good...STIR constantly!!! As it thickens, add in some of the dry spice called "Italian Blend" (a mix of all of the dried spices) and salt and pepper...AS sauce thickens more add in Shrimp for a few minutes, pour over pasta and BOOM watch out!!! Also add in any COOKED cooked veggies you like when you add the shrimp...
Eat this with that stuffed bread and you would think you were at the best restaurant in town!!!
