That is a Tarpon. They hang around restaurants in some locations in the Florida Keys and people feed them. Catch and release International Game fish. Actually new regulations specify you need to have a permit to catch and fish greater than 40 inches cannot be removed from the water. Legally only taking by hook and line is allowed.
I have seen grabbing catfish before but that takes grabbing to a whole new level. Did You see that dudes arm? He had already caught one before that. His arm was mangled up. I have a level of respect for people that do stupid things on a higher level. That dude ranks right up at the top.CF
