This weekend I had the opportunity to go up to Barksdale for their annual Wounded Warrior Project Deer Hunt. They paired 6 warriors with guides who took them out to hunt. There was a Friday night ceremony and meals provided throughout the weekend by various sponsors. As far as I know everyone shot a deer and if not they at least shot at one. Lol. It truly was great to have been a part of the activities.

I went up as a guest to one of the guides so I didn't do much except gut a few deer. The guides, coordinators, sponsors, and mainly the Warriors are the ones to thank. It was such an experience I requested to do more next year for the ones who've done so much for us.
