So then the wife saw that condos were becomming more than just a one time thing and asked me to clean up my act so I did and now I have a REALLY nice place to build condos. :)

crome your correct it's a 2004 G3 18'4'' . The boat belongs to dad, my boat isn't big enough to carry all those condo :)
