Forgot to take a pic while they were cooking. Found a bag of doves from last year in the freezer, thought we would thaw em out and put em on the smoker .

I love doves with bacon wrapped around them, bet they were good
In the smoker I just put em in bone down and laid the bacon over the top of em, they were fine, doubt I will sleep a wink, I'm stuffed. PS: Ms Tammy ate more than I did!!!rotfl
Tammy did not......she stays slim and trim.....you always try to blame everything on her
