If they did it so it will come out to an even number with tax, so you don't need any pennies, I applaud them. Probably had nothing to do with that, but I hate pennies. Sad part is the govt. can't even come up with an idea to save that much. Don't mean to hijack, just blabbing.

I saw a sign like that at walmart but the sale price was some $3 more than the old price. I asked the salesperson close by if the price was right. "Yes, we are slashing prices all over the store." The sign stayed the same for the next 3 visits.
