Stuffed boneless pork chops. Attachment 138329they stuffed with garlic, spinach, mushrooms, Dijon mustard. Then seared in butter and olive oil, and smothered with mushroom soup, the remaining stuffing mixture, roasted vidalia onion, and garlic. Now it's in the oven to bakeAttachment 138331
I'm leaving now and should arrive just about the time they come out of the oven!

Thanks, but it ain't nothing fancy. I picked the chops up yesterday, a 5 pack for $6.35. The brown rice and peas were leftovers from the weekend. We started everything at about 6:45 and its now 8:40 and everything's finished,cleaned and put away.Quote:

Hopefully we can eat some fancy stuff at camp. I'm bringing my electric smoker and do a couple of BBQ meatloafs to munch on around camp.
