Boy I need some practice to get better at this. I didn't like how these came out so much, but think they will work well. These are on a #10 hook. Disappointed to say the least!

theyre tied on a 1/48oz, #10 sickle hook, ball head.
Should catch some fish with them! I know these little black flies will get all kinds of fish to hit them.
I think they're great Skip but I've never been able to get that "dubbing" look down very good. My attempts always look like a mess.
It takes a lot of practice and I still am trying to get better with it as well. I am trying to learn this Rope Dub method so I can do anything I want with it. I bought the DVD from my friend that is well known for this style of tying. If you get a few extra bucks you should buy that DVD!!!
skip your little ants should be a bluegill killers.
I use some little ants about like those for bluegills! They look great to me, we are always our own worst critiques.
