Hey guys, we came out to Kansas rabbit hunting for the first time last year, and everyone we talked to said it was a down year in the 5 year rabbit cycle. Don't know if there is any truth to that, but we did pretty good after we figured out what type of habitat to hunt, which was completely different than what we are used to hunting here in Indiana. The KDWPT website doesn't have this years forecast on it, it still has last years, has anyone heard how this years population is going to be? We had a blast and are planning on making this an annual trip, just trying to figure out what to expect this year.
