Crankin with MRDUX
Went out this morning on an adventure. We got on the water at daylight and when I stepped in the boat I was overwhelmed with all the rods and gear Doug was going to be using. We set out on an old creek channel and it wasn't too long before we were in action. A lot of stuff in the water following us. We caught some nice fish and Doug tried to tell me how he was doing everything. I was all ears and trying to make sense of it all but we shall see when I get my new setup out. I am sure Doug made it look easy today. Thanks Doug for a great time and fellowship. Hope you get your shop back up and all that work done!!

Thanks Buddy. I enjoyed the trip. The southeast wind didn't help but any day you can get out is still a good day. Hope I passed along a little of what has been passed along to me from the many I have had the pleasure to share my boat with. You know it has to be all good when you can catch enough crappie for a meal and not lose a single Bandit.
Got back to the shop to find the A/C guys finishing up and the city digging up my parking lot to fix a water leak. At least it was on their side of the meter. The A/C was nothing that a check for $4K wouldn't fix.

Doug, you did tell Buddy about all the good luck mojo I put on all those crankbaits I hope. Lol. Glad your putting them to good use. Your making me miss it a bit.

Brad, if you took inventory on the Bandit box, you will find it has dwindled some since you saw it last. I don't know if that has anything to do with mojo, probably has more to do with stumps on KY lake ledges. No doubt I have boated a bunch of crappie this summer using a technique I have never seen another crappie fisherman on Ky Lake do. I figure next summer I will have company but that's OK, the lake is plenty big enough for all of us.

 You know for a fact that there is one more for sure, thanks to you. Speaking of losing lures, I will share that I went against your advice on not stopping. I just could not bring myself to lose a lure even though I got them on sale for $2.99 at Ky lake outdoor, so far I have managed to save two!
