Yep, and how anyone that lives in La or Ms can even propose damming a waterway is ridiculous. Have they lived under a rock all their lives? Dams created most the problems they are fighting now (i.e. flooding, salinity). I think there is a push to remove one of those sills on the Pearl as well, but its like pulling eye teeth to get it done. Migratory fishes are hindered by it, and the Pearl has some unique species of fish there. Someone is trying to line their pockets is all, just like that body of water near Delhi.Quote:
