Never ordered from them but got some remans from another site and they were like brand new. Can't beat the price for spider rigging reels. Breaks throw it away and get another one. Mine are Alphas and smooth as most higher end reels with a good drag.
Well, ordered three of the Sigmas. We'll see what happens.
