Would any of you do anything in this situation.............

Last two times I have been to Grenada, on two different occasions, I saw a single fisherman pass buy, one had SIX poles out, the other was fishing with 5. I hate to see anyone flagrantly breaking the rules, especially when it comes to fishing our Big 4. Mavbe they werent aware of the rules, I don't know. I decided not to say anything, but when one tried to start a conversation, i did not answer and pretended not to hear. This kind of stuff just burns me up, especially when I go out of my way to abide by the rules. What would you all do in these instances? And, before anyone jumps to conclusions, no, it wasn't wb!

I'd tell em what the rules were--maybe they just weren't aware-no excuse--but you know how that goes

You would think by now WB should know better.

Ignorance is no excuse of the law. I made a special point to refresh myself of the rules before I left to go up there yesterday. I'll call them on it...

EZ, one incident was yesterday...........guy fishing close to ya'll in a jon boat.........you see him?

Yikess and I saw a guy fishing Grenada a couple of years ago with 5 or 6 poles out. We trolled by him and told him the lake limit was 3. He just smiled and waved at us and kept fishing. At that point, I didn't care if he got a ticket.

I told a guy at enid once it was 5 poles and not 6. He said it was ok and they didnt care and anyways he liked have 3 on one rack and 3 on the other cause it evened out his spread.

I saw a guy in a small boat but never got close enough to see what he had or what he was doing. I'm not blaming u for not chastising him, even tho he needed it. U never know what he was carrying, maybe just get his number and report it. I'd rather u do that than read about u, or c u on the 6 o'clock news.
If these people keep violating the law like that, the rest of us will suffer in the long run.

I think these guys were local.
