I was curious of anyone has problems with the screen being noticeably darker on one side of the side imaging display.... My right side is always darker then the left side. My boat leans to the right because of the excess weight on that side. I know it isn't the bottom compensation.... Any ideas?

The xducer needs to be level with the water's surface so that the 2 separate side beams are contacting bottom at the same angle from from the point of origin (the xducer)...Quote:

If the problem gets even more dark on the "problem" side....rotate the xducer the other way...
If rotating the xducer has no affect on the darkness of 1 side (while the other side gets brighter)...it is possible that the xducer has 1 of the piezo elements being "weaker" or "going out" on that side...(the only fix for this is another xducer...piezoes go out...it happens...)...
