Waterproof case for Smart Phone?

Would like to use the Navionics App on my Samsung Galaxy when I go to new lakes, but I need to find a way to use it and keep it dry. I am guessing they make special dry boxes for such applications but have not found much as of yet. Anyone have suggestions?

I don't know what size your phone is, but most Walblock stores have some small (supposedly waterproof-I don't have any personal experience with them) waterproof boxes in the fishing area. I have looked at and considered them, but my Android phone was too large for the ones I saw.

Try a zip lock freezer bag.

Zip lock bag is what I used when Trout fishing in Arkansas. Works well.

I use the lifeproof case for my S3. It is small and not bulky at all like otterbox's armor series. Well worth the money for me.

otter now owns lifeproof. From the guys I know that work on the water every day, they all fail, at some point. Insurance is more important than which brand of case.
