It is good. I smoked it on my electric smoker for 3 hrs then put BBQ sauce on it and put it back on for 30 minutes. My one slice was really good.

I bet that will make a great sandwich.
I saw it on the BBQ Pitmaster's show and they were talking about how good a sammich it makes. I smoked it at 250 for 3 hrs and put sauce on it and back on for 30 minutes. Shoot for internal temp of 160 or better.
Man I love a leftova meatloaf sammich.
