Onboard charger mounting
Getting some legwork done on what chargers can mount how. Anyone who knows please respond. It will be a two bank charger. Brand?
My goal is to extend the front deck, and put two batteries in the new extension. Want to see which chargers can mount horizontal, upside down, etc.
I'm finally trying to figure things out BEFORE I start building, although I'm sure it'll get changed anyway! I've already extended it and added a rod locker, which now I want to change.

You can mount chargers any way you want, but make sure they can't get wet if water comes over the bow or you are out in the rain. You'll want to consider visibility of the indicators so you can see if your batteries have a problem and verify that you got the cord plugged in.
If you haven't already done so, try your boat on the water with an extra 150lbs up front to simulate the batteries and charger. That extra weight can make a huge difference in how a boat runs and can cause issues when you go to the bow to fish too. One of my buddies moved his TM batteries to the front to help his boat plane faster but found that waves broke over the bow when he was up there fishing in a chop.
