Tool Bar

My tool bar doesn't work any more when I post.

I am hungry:popcorn.....

Well I thought someone might have an answer as to what is wrong with it.

Mike probably some setting got messed up. I don't have a clue but I had a problem of some sort a while back and got to checking my settings and found one that corrected the problem.
