thats the way to do it but i like a wood fire to cook over
I hope the flopping was over before then. Heads and guts might not fry up too good. lol Nothing like cooking fresh fish on the bank.:biggrin

Man that's hard to beat right there. Last time we went camping, I cleaned one of the catfish we caught that afternoon and cooked it in a foil pouch with butter and seasonings over the camp fire. Man it was great. Tried to repeat it at home and it just wasn't the same.
