Outboard mechanic near Lawrence needed

Does anyone know of a good Johnson outboard motor mechanic in or near Lawrence KS?
Don't recommend Arnie's because they have taken my money 3 times with the same problem reoccurring. It looses spark and something is causing the motor to eat stators, timer bases, and power packs before I can run 10 gallons of gas through it.
Arnie's refuses to work with me by not charging labor again for the same problem over and over again, plus they are too busy to get my boat back in the work schedule, making me wait several days if not weeks to make repairs.
I suppose the lack of competition has trained them over the many years they have been in business from giving good customer service and satisfaction.
Unfortunately I don't have a good enough trailer to take it very far from Clinton Lake, but I may have to take my winter pontoon boat off my trailer and rebuild the bearings along with replacing 2 tires before I feel it would make a trip to another mechanic.

There is a place in Lancing i took my boat to this spring. I think it is called Franks right off K7 hi-way just north of the state prison.

UPDATE:
I went to Arnie's yesterday, Saturday, at 9 AM to wait on them to fix my Johnson motor. They finally got it running around 11 after replacing the power pack which burned out immediately due to a shorted out to ground rectifier. I'm thinking a good qualified marine mechanic would have checked to see what was causing the motor to eat power packs repeatedly before replacing the power pack. I think Keith, Arnie's son, was embarrassed that they did not check out the cause of the power pack failure because he only charged me for the parts and no labor.
After 2 runs from the marina cove to the dam, then drifting back to the marina for catfish with shad it has not died yet so time will tell. Maybe my luck has changed since I did boat 2 blues and 2 channels that where 3-5 pounds each.
