Bonne Idee 8/13 version 2.0
Scratched out a decent mess this morning. Water is a foot lower than my last trip about 2 weeks ago, guess the farmers are hammering it.... Caught on same jigs as last time blue thunder and tuxedo shimmer baby shad. Most of them come off the big cypress in the middle, had to do a lot of run and gun to round these up. Had dome decent size today with a golden shiner hammer tipping the scales at 1lb 15oz second place was 1lb 10oz.
Anyone ever seen a nutria build a hut with corn stalks?
