Need help please !!
Hey guys it's like this. My oldest brother (11 years my senior) is coming in town the 28th of this month. He has been living in Alaska since 1977. He and is wife are starting the transition to their newly aquired house in Apalatchacola Fl. This is his first year not teaching school after 35 years as a elementry Phys Ed teacher.
Him being a Son of the South is longing to retrace some steps of yester year. I am taking him crappie fishing at Sardis prolly the 29th and or 30th. He is set on being in a dove field opening day Sept. 1 Sunday morning. I have checked the internet and asked at work if anyone knows of an organized hunt that a person can pay a fee and shoot. As of yet, no leads. I live in Olive Branch so something close to the north end would be best.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ds

Thanks !!
I'm awful proud to be his little brother. He is the person that tought me how to fish. Took me bird hunting when there were quail in the fields. Actually, I think I was his first birddog.
A year ago june, my wife and I stayed with them for three weeks. The showed us a great time. We went halibut fishing 3 times on the homer spit. Came back with 45#s of filets. Rafted the Kenai River and caught reds running up river. Great time.
He organized an ice fishing day for 250 young school kids this past year. Alaska fish and game furnished the rods and several parents helped also.
He lost his lab lilly after 14 years. He got a new puppy a few months back. He calls it a drahgtner heck I don't know ? Looks like a german shorthair to me.
