Electric knives for fileting
I purchased a rapala electric knife this weekend for 40.00. I had looked kitchen models which were much cheaper but very wide blades. I figured that the smaller width of the rapala would help with the turn towards the tale.
It did great and I finished 30 crappie in less than thirty minutes with little waste. Now I'm thinking about picking up one that is cordless for when we are at a cleaning station with no plugin.
Are the cordless models any good, if so which ones are the best ?
