You may want to consider hiring a professional realtor. They can help you properly price your house, market it, show it, etc.. That way you're not burning through prospects with an overpriced property.

Trying not to but If it doesn't sale in the next couple weeks we will. We have had a couple realtors stop by and they both said it was pricved right. The one down the street sold for $125,000 and another one for $142,000. HOPE this will get a couple folks to go ahead and offer at $124,500.
