Today I guided 3 young brothers for Catfish . Their mother almost backed out because of the weather. After talking on the phone I told her it was looking like it would clear off and we started a little over 2 hours later They seemed to have a blast ! Trip only lasted 3 hours but caught a pile of fish . I enjoy seeing young folks getting excited about fishing. They are wanting to go again

Just got a text message from the boys mother from today and she was happy and they want to go again. They got home with 30 lbs of Catfish fillets . Since they fillet out under a 1/3 of total weight They caught almost 100 lbs in 3 hours. :ThumbsUp

Nice cats just right for eating! Trying to figure out what that contraption is in the middle of the cleaning table? Great job putting fishing poles in those boys hands instead of video games!
What a great trip! Sounds like you had more fun than they did.
It is a cover for the disposal, but it won't grind up Catfish scraps. Sure is nice for everything else!Quote:
