GEEEZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ, What a rollercoaster ride this is becomming

I had signed the release from contract from my realtor and was waiting on my check, then I get a call a few minutes ago from my Loan Officer telling the sellors agent called him and the primiary lender has agreed to the terms and we have until the 23rd of August to close. Now we have to wait again to see if the secondary lender will agree. I'm glad this is my last time to ever buy a dang house. WAY to many highs and lows in this Short sale crap. Real hard to get your hopes up cause the second lender may tell us no.

if they agreed once I dont see what would be different now. schedule a closing as soon as you can so they can be sure the title work is done, Its going to go through this time

Well, that was fast. 2nd Lender has already agreed!!!!!! Waiting on word for when we can close. BTW, IF you guys ever need a GREAT loan officer, call Dave Green with community bank. He's da bomb and Comm bank has the lowest interest rates around
