"Whisker fishin" with Nimrod

Pouring down rain at 4:30 a.m. today when I left headed for Nimrod to meet up with Nimrod to do a little "whisker fishin". When I pulled into the ramp, he already had the boat in the water and the umbrella up on the boat and was ready to go. The rain stopped just at that time and we shoved off headed for one of the famed "Nimrod catfish holes"! For the next few hours, the catfishing was as good as it gets. We even could be selective in what we put in the box! Here are a few photos of the trip. Nimrod is a good "net man" as you can see from one of the photos of my catch! :Rofl All in all it was a great day on the water, and some of the "funnest" fishing this old man has ever done. If you guys ever get a chance to fish with "the man", you oughta book a trip with him, and I promise you will never regret it. Thanks, C.A., for another great catfishing trip!

What a great mess of good eating fish. Nimrod did a good job on get you on some nice cat. You need to be careful with that big one, he'll horn you with the best of them.

Nice mess of cats there guys , must have taken a while to land that monster you got there Jerry lol!!!!!! Looks like a blast, I do believe nimrod might just be the king of cats on that lake! Thumbs up!!!!!

Thanks Jerry , It was a good time on the water as always. Thanks , always enjoy time on the water visiting with ya buddy. Tell RCC that tail gate shot was for him .
Folks we culled out and broke off more than our limits that we brought in today. I know we landed over 100 lbs easy.
