Heard that you can buy catalpa worms at a convenience store on Hwy 146 in Mont Belvieu TX. Does that ring a bell for anyone or know the name of the place. Ever since I told my grandsons about catalpa worms they have been after me to them some. I think I opened a can of worms!!!
Now I can't put the lid back on.
Sorry can't help. I have the tree, but we have not added he worms yet and I hear you have to bring some to a tree and then they stay.
Are you ever around the Longview area?
I had six nest of worms on two trees until I went to get some and they were all gone :yikes. Waited to long to collect them. You can bet I will watch them a lot closer next year.

They are supposed to be great catfish bait.. Can they be ordered online?
