Lake Superior

Our family is in the middle of a 2 week camping/fishing trip to da UP. I have my big lake cruiser here and we fish for coho and lake trout whenever Superior is calm enough. Today the waves are 5-8' :yikes so I am using the campground WiFi to keep up on my favorite websites. Here are some snapshots from our recent fishing trips on Superior.

We've been smoking fish, grilling fish, and I am hoping one of the grandkids nails a lake trout in the 40" range so I can get some more taxidermy practice. On rough days like today we head inland and fish for brook trout. I may post some pics here if we catch some. Sorry, this ain't crappie water up here. :fish
