My last 2 trips to a local lake have been better then expected. Both days have been hot and blue skies, but fishing stayed pretty consistent. Nothing was jumping in the boat, but we kept getting fish in a little at a time. We caught 30 last week and then 21 today! Lunch was amazingAttachment 130762Attachment 130763

Crowder Lake, sorry been gone a few days. Took my sons out and we caught 9, then we went out for a quick trip in the morning a week ago and caught 13. I'm pretty happy, I figure in the near future I'll be trying my hand with some night fishing for crappie, I've just gotta go trap some minnows first!
