I cant tell what it is?
They are 3oz and 4oz wt todd to pull off the front. They come in the noodle for storage with leaders ready to fish. My plans are to pull 4 rods and push 2 off the front. I thought this might keep the tangles down some what.
Ten4 . I pushed before I pulled. Good deal. With time you will learn to avoid the tangles. And how to UN tangle. Pushing is less trouble and you can turn around quicker and get back in the fish. I still like draggin. I'm addicted.
them look nice JW
I don't understand "pushing". You can't push a chain.

It is not a chain its a 2 or 3 oz weight with a barrel swivel on one end and a snap swivel on the other.tie your main line on the barrel end and put your crankbait on the snap swivel!!!!
This is a great idea. Going to the hardware and buying a length of small chain and cutting it into lengths weighing from 2 to 5 ounces. It should work well in a pinch.
Thanks.
Only kidding, but it would work, maybe real good, because you would get the noise of the chain rattling and it may add to the noise the crank makes while running.
That much weight is going to be WAY behind the boat (assuming it's moving and you're trolling). If that's pushing, I'm backwards.
OK, wait.
(I still don't get it)
In my mind pushing would be 3 poles off front of boat set with short line running fast enough to get the crankbait down.None of the crankbaits would be running passed the front of the boat this is my thinking of pushing crankbaits...think anything else would be pulling crankbaits...explain.
