Conway 6-24-13/Forcast Hot and Windy

Been taking a Pounding from the heat and wind to put a catch together here on Conway. The bite was slower today but I was able to put together a nice mess of fish with a silver metal flake/Chart jig and a Orange black eye 1/16th oz head. The heat and wind drains your will out there through out the day. Bet I drank a gallon of water. The bite was scattered through out the lake today....Had to do allot of float like a butterfly and sting like a Bee and move on to find the next victim.
The one I am holding was a nice 16 inch white. Will somebody turn off the SW/SE winds and turn down the Oven Geese. Tight Lines.

That's a good lookin mess of fish! Hopefully I can get away from work long enough to try my luck before to long.

I don't think oven gettin turned down any time soon , you definitely earning every fish you catch right now,not many folks willing to give the amount of effort it takes to catch em on Conway this time of year, congrats and way hang in there under tough conditions
