Independent Conway Sample Test

Well guys it took me awhile to find some fish to sample . But when I found out the secret to run samples it was game on. Sampling test are really going well and I Cant wait to get out there and run more samples for you all.

Initial test reveal the fish exhibit a strange urge to run to the right or left when I set the hook and have been really flopping around allot more than usual when they hit the deck of my boat. I have disected 35 my last two trips this week and found no contaminates other than peanut oil. Really looks Like D10 and our State Officals are on top of things.

You guys have been really great about staying off the Lake so I can run my samples...Should'nt be but about another month or two be fore I am done testing. I would just like to say what a Swell bunch of guys we have here on Crappie.Com. Any ways i am about to go run another sample here on the Lake Conway and here is a few Pics of some of my Sample Test. It's a hard Job but somebody's got to do it.:biggrin

Good job Russ. I just got done doing some sampling there myself. You are correct. They are definitely feistier than normal, them suckers hit like a Mack truck! Must be amped up on tar sands! BTW, what did the one in your left hand weigh, about 7 lbs? :Rofl

Peanut oil? Interesting find. I think I'll do a little sampling today on a lake in eastern Arkansas and see if I find similar results!

Looks to me like the one in the left hand will go about 6.5 pounds and the right hand, maybe 6 1/4! That peanut oil shore does mak'em grow big, for sure! :yikes Sample on, son!!!

Nice crappie fishes, but I guess there is a shortage of razors down there. A couple of those crappie need a shave. I've enjoyed a few of the whiskered crappie this spring myself. Good job keeping an eye out for contaminated fish
