sand bass any creeks off eufaula
I'm on the north end of eufaula lake and wondering if someone will give me some hints of where to go up some creeks/rivers to catch sand bass. Would really like to get into them to get my wife hooked on fishing. I have a boat or can walk in, don't mind either way.
Thanks...if you would rather PM it thats fine too.
Go ahead and go catch all those nasty trash fish

You're getting to the time of year where they will be schooling out at the creek mouths and then out into the lake.
You will see them on the locator and lots of small fish cler to the surface the bigger ones ar 15' deep or so below them.
I have had GREAT success over the years using white Bomber model A deep divers.
casting the rip raps , rocky shores and predominately trolling the river channel edges especially anywhere there are breaks into deep water.
Longtown area on Eufaula is a great area once it heats up. Right now anywhere there is a current and structire near deep water reak lines is where I would go.
Duchess creek under the highway brodge is always good dunking minnows in the evening and plugging the rip rap.
Good luck on hooking her on fishing brother.
