The girls and I went fishing on Cear Lake, Saturday the 18th. Our fishing day started at about 4pm...We caught bunches of lil'uns..They were scattered out and at all different depths. Rachel caught the first fish...then she caught the biggest fish at 14.25"..She was pretty excited because it was the biggest fish she ever caught. I caught a nice one at 14 inches. We kept 12, all over 9 inches.

Nice Job! Me and a buddy were on Clear from about 3 til 6 Saturday afternoon. We caught 12 and managed to keep only six of them. You're right, lots of little ones. We were using minnows and/or jigs, in about 6 feet of water, and catching em 4 feet deep.

I grew up on clear lake. There are some good ones in there. Stoped fishing it a few years back cause the yellow bass were so bad. Did they give Yall any problems?
