What general area of the Lake?
yep, that's a hog daddy. Locator has been catching a few nice ones back in Indiana....but that one makes his look like minows and shows you the trip was well worth it. Glad to see you doing well down there with the high water.
HHD
It sucks I can't see the pic!! Ill be down Sunday and can't wait! Hope your trip was what you where looking for PM me with some fishing info lol!!
I've got more pics, I'll put them up tomorrow night when I get home. We're fishing in the am for a couple of hours and then heading back home. Today we knocked the redear pretty darn good, ended up with about 26 good ones. I'm not a big numbers person, I prefer quality over quantity and that's how I've approached this trip. We've been catching them in about four feet of water on bottom using red worms as bait. Cork and straight line both have been productive. They're not easy to find and lots of people are having a time finding them. A guide asked me the other day where I was catching them and once I told him he was right over in the area by himself within two hours.
It's been a really nice trip and the redear down here are spectacular, great resource for sure.
That's the biggest redear I've ever seen!!! And I know how they fight! Whoo HOO!
For most of us, a good shellcracker bed during the spawn is like getting an extra Christmas. They are hard to come by but when they do, it makes you feel like a kid again.
