do you have old Jacob molds here is a trick to make the whole bigger

we are talking about the injector whole the first picture you will see before I made it bigger with the inset tool the second picture you will see the inset tool that I used in this one is made for metal or wood either one I'm sure that you guys have been wanting to make a bigger opening for a long time and a lot of his molds of course Rick now makes the porthole a lot bigger but this will give you guys a chance to make the porthole bigger for yourself.

I drilled my old jacobs molds also. I always clamp the mold in a drill press and use a 5/8 metal cutting bit. Give it a squirt of WD 40, go slow and be sure not to go TOO FAR!

you are right be careful not to go too far it would depend on which mold that you are redoing porthole.
