Not having much luck
Hi all
I decided to start targeting crappie this year. Read a good deal of information here and decided to join the fun.
I bank fish, no boat and figure springtime would be prime time considering the spawn and such.
However, I've only managed a few on the small side.
I fish over in Burlington county and notice our area has taken a lot longer to warm up this year.
Do you think everything is just running behind?

where do you fish in Burlington county? I know mirror lake normally takes a while longer to warm up. With the cold nights we been having it may take a few more days of warmer weather for the crappies to get going. Hang in there a few of my normal crappie lakes really haven't been that good so far either. Mother nature is just taking her sweet time this year!
